Upload a document
There are two methods of displaying documents on a web page
1) display list of links to all files in a folder
2) link to a specified file
To upload a file go to administration/documents/documents/file documents
Select the directory to upload into - for general documents use the general uploads folder.- otherwise use folder specified in the keyword, eh policies. Select the question mark and add a file to this level
Select the file to upload and add a title. For linked documents the file name is used. For the display list, the title is used.
Recommend that spaces are not used in file names ie TermsAndConditions.pdf rather than Terms and Conditions.pdf.
Format for the link is https://www.oxford-school.co.uk/docs/test.pdf. Always use Blank target when setting up the hyperlink to open in a new page.
